Here she is, post palate surgery, happy, looking like "Ralph Macheo" from the Karate Kid movies in her red headband. If you notice, she flattened the tip of her button-nose by banging her face on pillows forcefully for an hour at the hospital when she was dilirious post surgery. Oh well, we'll add it to our list of surgery "touch ups" for when she turns 4 y.o.

She's a beauty! She has a perfectly petite nose that I'm sure will be the envy of many in her lifetime. :) Glad to see her feeling perky and smiling, even as the healing continues.
Zaina is going to be a heart breaker for sure! Good thing she has a big brother to help her fight off all those boys when she is older! She looks so darn happy and her nose is adorable! You must be so relieved that the hard part is over! Hooray, for Zaina!
